The Shadow Box is a play written by actor Michael Cristofer in the late 70s. Set in a hospice that deals with terminally ill patients it explores the effect of an impending and sometimes early death through the eyes and emotions of the afflicted and their families.
































This production, performed in Bangalore was all the more relevant as it was in aid of a local hospice called Karunashraya that deals with this delicate reality everyday.
Directed by Ashish Sen with a cast that includes Bangalore’s best ever thespians including Arundati and Jagdeesh Raja.
