I’m a multimedia journalist and creative professional with 18 years of experience, working in the mediums of photography, writing, audio and video as a producer, host and director. I work on stories and projects in the areas of human rights, uncommon communities, governance in India, performing arts and sport.
I prefer to work in long term collaboration with communities in an approach that centers their needs, while ensuring they are portrayed in a dignified manner.
In April 2015, I received the Red Ink Award for Journalistic Excellence by the Mumbai Press Club in the photography category.
